Reflex Generator joins the BoondManager catalogue
What was meant to be a routine API connection turned into an endless build. We never gave up. Reflex is now published on the BoondManager marketplace.

The starting point
One of our former Bubble students is taking off. His first project, Reflex Generator, is growing and quickly winning its first clients. To give it even more visibility, he comes up with the idea of connecting his application to the BoondManager API and publishing it on their marketplace. A seemingly simple goal: link Boond to Reflex.

The build
What was meant to be a routine API connection turned into a month-long build. The BoondManager API and its documentation were out of sync, the information incomplete and at times downright contradictory. We even had to stand up a dedicated PHP server to secure the calls and graft an application-token system on top of the client’s Bubble app. Hours upon hours of research, testing in every direction. Every step forward seemed to be followed by two steps back.

The win
Boond finally gave in. The BoondManager candidate database can now be queried directly from the Bubble app (searching and displaying profiles), and Reflex Generator is published in the BoondManager catalogue as an official integration, accessible straight from the users’ interface. In production, and interoperable end to end. That’s our commitment. And at no extra cost.
