Approach
Understand before you build.
We don’t just answer a brief. We challenge the assumptions, look for the root causes, and carry projects all the way to their full potential.
That same rigour guides how we code. AI-assisted development, or vibe coding, lets us move fast with tools like Claude Code; but we keep control of the architecture and quality, so we ship without ever piling up technical debt.
The journey
- 01IdeaWhat you want to make possible.
- 02QuestionsWe challenge the assumptions.
- 03UnderstandingWe trace problems to their roots.
- 04PrototypeWe make the idea tangible, fast.
- 05TestingWe confront reality, not assumptions.
- 06DeploymentWe ship to production cleanly.
- 07EvolutionWe stay with you across your product’s whole life.

Frequently asked questions
Are you a no-code or a full-code agency?
Yes, both. BetterNotCode designs web applications, MVPs, SaaS and internal tools, in no-code (Bubble, our platform of choice) as well as AI-assisted full-code. We guide you to the technology that best fits your need, and we also audit AI-generated code or no-code apps when their foundations are shaky.
What is a systems design agency?
BetterNotCode is an agency that observes workflows, spots frictions and designs bespoke tools (in no-code or AI-assisted full-code) to make work simpler and more human. We look for the right problem before writing a single line of code.
How do you choose between no-code and full-code?
It depends on the project. No-code (Bubble) for the speed and complete bundle of a SaaS; full-code, often traditional code in JavaScript assisted by tools like Claude Code, when code ownership and performance come first. The choice is made with you, based on your priorities.
How does a project unfold?
Idea → Questions → Understanding → Prototype → Testing → Deployment → Evolution. Understanding always comes before development.
Is no-code right for every project?
No, and we’ll tell you so. Some projects call for full-code (demanding SEO, code ownership, performance), others don’t even need development. We help you decide, straight talk, even when the answer doesn’t serve us.
How much does a project cost?
For a complete project, expect roughly €5,000 to €50,000 depending on scope; a targeted intervention can cost far less. Every project is quoted individually, with no standardised online pricing, and payment is by invoice, at the pace of the project.
