From Excel spreadsheets to a worldwide no-code standard

Danone Research wanted an intranet without a year’s wait. It was on that project that we discovered Bubble. Delivered in three months.

  1. 01

    The problem

Danone Research ran a whole slice of its day-to-day on Excel files stretched to breaking point. It needed a real intranet. But the conventional route promised close to a year of development, and waiting that long wasn’t on the table. Fast, then, without giving an inch on rigour.

  2. 02

    The thinking

This was the project where we met Bubble, for the very first time. The promise was appealing: build without writing every line, in a fraction of the usual time. One legitimate worry remained for a group this size, the security of its data, and an unfamiliar tool always unsettles. Rather than argue the case ourselves, we set up a direct conversation between the team and Bubble. Doubt cleared, the way was open.

  3. 03

    The result

Three months later, the full intranet was live: half the timeline we had set ourselves. The budget freed by that head start funded extra internal tools. And the story outgrew the project: what began as one R&D branch’s bet became a group standard, as Danone adopted Bubble for its tech solutions, worldwide.

faster than our own estimate

The time saved funded extra internal tools, with no budget increase.

The client where it all began

It was at Danone Research, in 2018, that we first crossed paths with Bubble. That encounter became the heart of what we do; the group’s adoption of no-code, all around the world, is still our best proof that we had seen right.

Our approach

The build

  • Bubble
  • Intranet
  • Sécurité des données
  • Déploiement mondial
